"It was really pleasant going about the Digital storm website, everything was very laid out not like other websites that tend to add too much. it's a great site for someone just getting into gaming or streaming and trying to find a build that has everything you need. the PC is beautiful and blew me away with all the color combos it could do, It is also sooo quiet it took me off guard lol. but after having my Pc for a while I had a small problem but was able to call support and they were awesome in trying to help me set up my dual display for my art tablet. even when he got to the point of not knowing how to help me further, he got me help from somewhere else. not once did he give up on trying to figure out what the issue was with my display problem. I really appreciate the support from the digital storm team and I love my new PC. (got the problem fixed the next day)"

"We ordered a custom set up for our son. We had no idea what we were doing or what we were ordering short of what our son specifically asked for. I asked for help getting a set up for him in our price range. They sent us a beautiful set up. It was shipped within the time quoted and packaged very well. We had no issues getting it set up. The only hiccup we had was that we needed wifi and bluetooth and did not know that the computers did not come with it. I called in and their great staff immediately found me the part we needed for me to order and walked us though installing it. They have top notch customer service.
