Their website was easy to use, you are able to build what you want and if your unsure about certain tech savvy items they tell you whether or not it's compatible with what you have selected so far. They break down the build of your PC by stages that show how many days each stage should take, and they were under the max amount of days every time. "After doing much research online, I settled on Digital Storm for several reasons: their user-friendly online pc builder, their competitive pricing and the great things being said by their other satisfied customers on their forums. I loved being able to choose my options and not be forced into things that I really didn't need or want. My old computer was very outdated and struggled to handle most new games, so I wanted something that could not only handle todays top titles, but something that would do me service for years to come and possibly allow me to jump into the VR experience. Customer service was excellent - they called me to say that my chosen graphics card was out of stock stock and offered to upgrade me to the newer 3080 graphics card - and credit me $18 in the process! It took approximately 2 months from order to delivery, but I was more than willing to wait the extra time for something built the way I wanted it built. "Received my PC last week and it works amazing from the start! Just plug and play basically! The build is clean, no messy wires, and it was well protected during the shipping process. I also like how they are the ones to install the drivers for the CPU AND GPU and test them out, most companies will not do this. I have a friend that bought from a different company, when he received his he had to install everything himself (software, drivers) and is having problems with it. Just another step DC takes to make sure the Customer gets a great machine! Also for the people complaining they take forever to respond or takes forever to build the PC, they ONLY HAVE 37 EMPLOYEES (google) This insures great craftsmanship with each and every build. It takes time when you have hundreds of orders to fill and they all go through 7 stages, with only 37 employees !! Will defiantly buy from them again!"
