"We purchased a system in July of this year, waited months to get it. It was defective (which it took weeks to determine, but was overheating to an extend that the tech was shocked). It took two months to get the return squared away. I paid $1,062 for this system and they only refunded $734 claiming "shipping". Do not expect this company to stand behind its products or meet normal standards for customer service. Would give it 0 stars if available. Stay away!"
