The rep I worked with, Pam, researched the problem and learned if I find a business with a loading dock I can order. I called around and located a UPS Access Point with a loading dock. They agreed to accept my order. Pam went above and beyond to make my day!"

Lately my online experiences had been disappointing with other vendors showing the item being in stock but I was unable to complete my purchase. I then would call and sure enough the item was not available. So today when I did a search for my item, I was directed to your website and there was only 1 left. I wanted to confirm before putting my credit card info on the internet again and that's when I noticed I could do a live chat with Kate. Kate was able to confirm the item was in fact still in stock and available for purchase. I completed my transaction and got an email confirmation of my purchase. Later that same day I received an email stating that the item was in fact NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. I was able to start a chat again with Kate to find out what happened and if I was being scammed.
