Andrian spent the needed time to go over prices. After I told him my local store said this collection was being discontinued, he hung up with me to call down to the company. He called back to inform me furniture was in fact being discontinued. I said thank you for your time. I did more research on another collection and decided to call him back. This time it was on the "Cotswold" collection. I asked him to talk to his manage on a price I wanted to pay for this set. He did. Price with delivery and set up was accepted. Overall this was a very good experience. Hoping furniture arrives in GREAT shape. Andrian was very thorough and patient. So far, I recommend calling this company. "

"Bought furniture back in October of 2018. It was late being delivered. It came with several defects/damages. They refuse to refund my money. They sent out several replacements that all had the same problem. They do not stand behind their products and expect you to keep damaged furniture. Bad delivery, bad customer service, bad furniture."

"I'm so disappointed with this company! I ordered a dining room table and 4 chairs and it took 2 and half months to get it. When it finally did arrive, it was dumped at my door still in boxes. The shipment is supposed to be inspected in the warehouse before the delivery company brings it. I guess that didn't happen because the boxes had never been opened. Also, the delivery company delivered my items on a Sunday night at 8pm. Who arranges delivery at 8 o'clock at night!!! The worst part is that now we have to put everything together--not just the table but 4 chairs that came in multiple pieces. If I had known that assembly was required I would not have gotten them! Lesson learned, just don't make my mistake!"

"I'm so disappointed with this company after reading so many positive reviews. When I ordered my dining chairs, I was told there was an estimated 4 week shipping time. With 8 weeks before I absolutely needed them, I had faith that they'd arrive in plenty of time.

Immediately, I began getting weekly e-mails advising that my order would ship by the first week of October. Great! The first week of October rolled around, and it changed to the first or second week of October. Then, silence. So, 4 weeks after my initial order, I e-mailed the company. They were waiting for the carrier to pick it up, they said. Suddenly, my order status was switched to shipped to the delivery service.

So, I waited patiently for 3 weeks to hear from the delivery service without hearing anything. When I contacted them today, they advised me that they had not yet received the order. Sometimes it takes up to a week to ship if the order is coming from the east coast, they said. Interesting, since I was told it was shipped 3 weeks ago.

So here I am, mere days from when I absolutely need those chairs, still twiddling my thumbs. Despite giving this company twice the amount of time estimated to receive my order, I am still empty-handed. Needless to say, I will never order from them again."

"Recently bought the Ashley Furniture North Shore California king sleigh bed and two night tables. They are beautiful, heavy and well made. Customer service through Raquel was outstanding and delivery was perfect. We were concerned about delivery because we live 2-1/2 miles off a gravel road but the delivery team delivered furniture and set up the bed quickly and professionally. It took a little while to get this set (almost 7 weeks) but we got a great price on it, didn’t have to deal with pushy salespeople, and Raquel kept us fully informed of the progress of our order, then it was delivered and set up.
