"Ordered an item mid november, by nmid december, there was nothing. I emailed and was told to check local post office - still nothing. Emailed again was told to check again due to Christmas rush etc and to wait till 24th December, at which time they would give me a 'satisfactory outcome' (I asked for a refund several times).

4th january emailed them again as still no item, reply from Dinodirect they do not give refunds and have sent another item... Oh by the way, I told them several times that we travel around Australia and are now no longer at the shipping address... Their suggestion - go back there to pick it up. No item! No refund! Bad service! Not happy! Never again!...

ps.. received another email today stating they sent replacement item, after I've told them at several times that we are no longer at shipping address."
