I am so happy about your service in asia and worldwide. But I am sad to see about DinoDirect bad comments on google it Because people are not getting on time or what they really want or misunderstood. However, I just wanna say that if you are not able to proceed the order/shipping on time why do you take the new orders from people?
However, Let me share my problem. Before ordering item I had chat with Victor, and also Vicent, I explained them clearly that, I am an indian living in Philippines next month my flight so will you send me sooner if I pay, they said yes. But I can't see any reply on my email or chat. DinoDirect, I request you that will you please send my order soon? I have flight next month to go back my country.
Note: I have ordered NEOBOX 4.3 android phone (2 pieces)

I may be harsh in my earlier comment but hope you understand that the urgency of your customer order is very important in your business. You can't just take your sweet time to conclude each deal or dealing with complains, as it will affect your reputation & creditability.
So far I'm happy with the items delivered and the extra gift included, just hope it will not cause any issue(spoil?) in the coming week.
In the end, I just want to continue to support your company & hope my earlier comments are able to motivate you to excel further.

Thanks for your call yesterday (09.38am, 15th Oct). I’m quite surprise to receive call from your operator, which ask whether I want to proceed or not. I was like “huh? Are you kidding me? Why would you ask for me to wait for 2 days if you’re not ship my order?”
Your Otta ask me to wait & promise to SHIP OUT ON 15TH OCT 2012, and if not will refund my order. I treat it as a last chance for you to redeem your credibility, so I did not make the cancellation on the 13th Oct 2012.
And then came your reply below, confirm part of the condition I mention to your operator. Do you know what I’ve told to your operator? Here let me highlight to you:
1. Yes, I do. Please proceed & ship out under DHL by end of today (15th Oct) and update me on the progress…..
2. If not, please cancel my order & full refund.(Btw, I did record our conversation as it’s from an unknown overseas number)
24 hours later, contacted Otta in live chat but no reply(by staring at the chat screen for more than 30 minutes, not sure is purposely done or not) & I still not get any update on my deliver status in the order tracking system(still in packaging since 13th Oct), so I'll uphold my terms & will cancel my order. Whether you will do your part or not, I still can proceed with other option(I'm using paypal)
P.S: Btw, I have done some survey about your services in our online buyer forum during the weekend, not to my surprise that 95% has experience delivery delay even though they select paying extra for the delivery (and they don't believe in free delivery timing). About 65% have serious issue with your services, and I almost fall into that category. When I ask them why don't they feedback to your site, they say no use as they tried & no point to complain further. As they say, if you don't care about them & they don't even care, why you spent time to correct them. There some truth in the statement, as I seems to care & complain about the way your company operated. What I need you to do is to uphold your part of the bargain and you definitely don't want me to continue this review in negative note.

I've made an order on 27 Sept 2012 for 2 items; Order approved on the same day. In your website, you state your preparation time needed for normal item is up to 5 days, and shipment by DHL up to 7 days, total 12 days. Base on that statement, I made the purchase & the items suppose to be a birthday present on the 9th Oct 2012. As its never stated during the order period, the item is not in stock or reply if there is any problem with my delivery address, and i assume everything will deliver on time. To my surprise upon checking on the tracking system on 3rd Oct 2012, the order still in order approved status and there still not reach the next 3 steps; stocking - packaging - shipped. I've live chat with their rep, Otta, about my concern and told me that they in holiday and only able to confirm my status on 8th Oct 2012 then arrange the item for 5 days before ship out & only reach me after 3 weeks. I told him this is ridiculous, its not buyer concern you on holiday or not as you are operating an online store (normal standard 24/7) and I'm paying extra for DHL not your normal post. As its no point to get the item for birthday, I request change of one of the item on 3rd Oct 2012, and the order approved on 4th Oct 2012(took them 1 day, only after i live chat with them again on the next day). On 13th Oct 2012, the order still in order approved status and I contact them again. and they told me still not process yet, ask me to wait for another 2 days. I'm total feel disappoint & cheated at this point & they don't seem to entertain my refund request.
