11/18: I must admit, I overreacted a bit after not receiving my merchandise. Upon reading other review websites where other DinoDirect shoppers never received theirs either, I jumped to conclusions. I even started doubting ResellerRatings credibility. However, after my above scathing review, DinoDirect immediately contacted me and verified my phone number and address, then re-shipped my merchandise. They were very accommodating and polite, and I was pleasantly surprised. They deserve the good reviews on this website after all, and rescind my previous comments on their legitimacy. I would shop with them again and would recommend them to others. My apologies to the merchant for a rash and hasty judgment. They are certainly honest businessmen."

I have raised a RMA, and the case has been going on 3 weeks now - WASTE OF TIME.
I have been asked to contact on these numbers ***-***-****, ***-***-****), I have tried both the numbers and I can't get through them, so, I am not sure if these numbers are dinodirect customer support numbers or not.
I have paid GBP 146.19 to dinodirect and it is just lost money, because I do not have a working product.
