"I had the misfortune to order an e-book reader through Dealfind, not realizing that the item would be shipped by DinoDirect in China. There was no indication that it would be coming from China and when I received the item, it was not compatible with my laptop and the instructions were sparse and in broken English. I started to try to find a solution to returning the item by writing Dealfind only to be told I'd need to contact DinoDirect. I did so and waited months for response. Through several e-mails, DinoDirect finally told me they would not pay for return shipping to China and I obviously wouldn't receive a rebate for the $72 I'd paid for the e-reader. Number 1, Dealfind should have clearly stated the item was coming from China and Number 2, DinoDirect should be obligated to pay for return shipping and for refunding the money I paid. I have seen a lot of items on DinoDirect that I would like to order but because of the terrible service I've received, I will not order from them again. I will also be contacting the Chinese police and whichever government department controls bad business practices. Shoddy to say the least and totally unsatisfactory. "all three products I ordered from Dino Direct for my wedding were damamged or of poor quality. The veil was torn, badly sewn, and had beads coming off it, The tiara had missing pearls and the ones that were on it were stuck on crooked. My wedding dress was ok but will need an awful lot of alterations even though I had it made to measure...plus the lace was badly damaged in a very obvious place! I got a refund eventually for the tiara and veil but this was after threatening to report them to a number of bodies that they trade through. The dress can be fixed thank goodness but will cost a couple of hundred euros to sort out."
