In this purchase I ordered a tiny pocket flashlight, which I never had seen before in any other shop, and I am very pleased with both the item and with DinoDirect.

This has been my best purchase ever!

"Very poor service. Made original order on July 20th, paid extra for faster shipping on July 24th. I was informed at the time that it would take 3-7business days. A few days later I got an email to say my order was partially shipped, some had been left out due to it being in high demand apparently. Half shipment did not arrive until 9th August!!! When I went on to live chat which appears to be the only way of interacting with dino direct I was given excuse after excuse for the whole order not being sent out. This ranged from a storm, item did not pass quality control to name but a few. Each time I spoke chatted with someone they assured me the order would be sent out. I eventually got a customer care email address and started contacting them daily! Each time they also asked for more time to complete my order. Then on august 16th after daily emails they say my item had been shipped........by regular post which takes up to 25 days!!!!! I paid extra for DHL which takes 3-7 business days!!! I have requested for the last 10 days that a manager contact me in relation to my concerns and the absolute lack of customer service however my request has. It been acknowledged in any email nor have I received a response for the manager. My advice to you is not to buy from this company!!! It is now 1 month since I placed my order and I will have to wait another 3 weeks to get my item even though I paid for express shipping!!!! Buyer beware!!!!

Further to the response from dino direct! The customer services manager has contacted me numerous times to resolve the issue. His main motivation for this however appears to be to have me remove my review and post a positive one. Customer satisfaction appears to be low on his list of priorities with how their company appears on this site being his main priority. I am open to resolving issues however will not be bribed into removing an honest and frank review of my experience.

"I ordered a flower girl basket from Dino Direct last week and haven't heard anything. Has my order gone through? Is it on its way? This is very concerning as its for my wedding next month. I should have thought twice before ordering, I didn't realise this company was based in China. Dino Direct can you please update me on this order?

In reply to comment posted 21st August - The only order number I have is one I gained from PayPal as I never received a confirmation email, it is 5514E953-DD. The money has come out my account already so I suggest you find out what's happening with my order ASAP.

I sincerely hope it has been despatched already seeing as I paid on the 16th August. If it hasn't been despatched please cancel my order and refund my money as I am now a DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

In reply to comment posted 23rd August... I have checked my email again, and also checked the junk folder too but there is still no sight of my confirmation email. My wedding is 15th September 2012. Please advise what is going on with this order. If it hasn't been despatched I would very much like to cancel the order in return for a refund as it is very much worrying me it will be here on time.

"Worst shopping experience ever. I ordered a 5 mode light for $18.99, they sent me a 1 mode light that sells for about $10.00. The batteries and charger I ordered only arrived with the batteries. They said the charger was not available, even though they show them on their website. They continued to offer "token" gift cards or refund, and all I wanted was for them to ship what I had ordered. After 4 weeks of going back and forth, I involved PayPal, and through them was able to get a reasonable settlement. For those of you that have had good success with DinoDirect, good for you, but trust me, your time is coming.
08/22/12 -- I am upgrading DinoDirect's status as they called me to apologize for inconvenience. My main complaint was they substitued an inferior product without asking me, and they didn't complete the order at that time and offered token restitution. They have since sent out the missing charger, and I have received it. That is all I wanted them to do was correct the problem at the time without a lot of token gift card offer and token restitution offers. Thank you PayPal for correcting this."

it's been a month and STILL no sign of the order !

i tried to use the site to inquire about the order ,

it JUST DOESN'T WORK !

i called the Ca. number and finally talked (?) to some woman that spoke very broken english.

she just reiterated that it takes a 'while' to " gibberish , gibberish "

so since i used 'paypal' i guess i'll have to start refund procedures , BTW - that takes MONTHS !
