I had a problem with an order which after a loong time waiting it never arrived.

I contacted DinoDirect´s Customer Service and they told me what to do: what a few more days, ask to the postal office, neighbours, etc... and if still it don´t arrive, they promised to resend the item.

Well, I never beleived their promise, but.... They generated a new order number, they processed another order with the same item I ordered, they shipped it.... and......... voilá!!! The item is here!!!

You can trust on them when they say that they are going to solve your problems, not as other sellers which are dirty and liars.

Oh men, I really like DinoDirect. I will place all my orders there.
