"My first and last order was binary LED watch, which i received after a month and next day it stopped working, I got it repaired but again it shopped. I got same amount gift coupon from dinodirect, by using which I purchased solar lamp. It is more than a month still it is not yet received.
Rather than giving heavy discount, dinodirect should make sure that product reach to people on time (waiting for months is not good) and second thing should be tracking of parcel and paisapay system (like ebay.in). I don't think i buy anything from this site again. because item which I bought was gift for my family member on special occasion and it is very embrassing when she ask me and I say I dont know where the item is and when I will get your gift in hand.

"after i ordered my package, despite the long wait of 3 to 4 months and having my order separated into 4 packages sent at different times, the quality was no better. I called in to return some items and instead you gave me a compensation of $50, which was reasonable considering my total check out fee of $265. They promised me to send me a coupon code and all i could do then was wait..

one month later i had to leave to Asia, and had no acess to my gmail. I came back 3 months later and still i recived NO email of my compensation. "I ordered a digital photo frame from Dino Direct after much searching on the internet for a frame that would use a CF memory card. After 2 weeks of waiting for the $80 frame, I was excited that it arrived. The package looked like just what I wanted but after opening the box, the frame did NOT have a place for a CF card at all! The box said it did as well as the website. I contacted the company via email and was told I needed to take photos of the product and send them. Which I did. Then after a few days I was told to return the frame and I would have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! I repackaged the frame and went to the local post office and was shocked to hear I would have to pay $45.00 to ship it back! I had no guarantee that I would be reimbursed. I contacted them again and asked if they were going to reimburse me $45 shipping and I received a reply email in broken English that did not make any sense. I kept the frame that I cannot use. They sent an email saying they had closed my claim. Do not ever use this company. "

3 days after the order I was given a track number of parcel and photo of package. April 4th, I received a parcel. I ordered a tablet in gift packing. I liked it. On the box in which lay the tablet was pasted a sticker that tablet tested the controller number 1. Turned on the tablet, it was fully charged, despite 4 weeks of delivery, set the exact time, the English language. One minute set up the WiFi connection and go to the Internet. The screen tablet - glass, not plastic. Everything is working fine. Thank dinodirect."

"I ordered two pairs of tights from DinoDirect. About a week beforehand, I had found the same tights on another website for a lower price, so I used their "Price Match" feature for those products. I waited a few days to see if there was a change in price, but it hasn't changed at all even until this day. So, they may ignore that feature on their website.

So I placed my order, and 3 days later I got an email saying my package had been shipped out, but only partially; one of the two pairs of tights was not in stock, so I had to chat with their customer service to ask for another item/gift card/refund for the unavailable item. The support person was pleasant, but did suggest a few too many times that I take a gift card or another item instead of a refund. I also asked her if they knew when they would get those tights in stock, and she basically said "we don't know." I received my refund in about 2 business days.

I got my tights in the mail yesterday (they may have come a few days sooner as I don't check the mail everyday, but the shipping time is on par for ordering from Asia to USA), and they are just as I hoped they would be. I'm very happy with the product. So, at least I did not have any complaints about that. I just wish I could have gotten the other tights I ordered as well, and that they hadn't ignored my price match suggestions.
