"I recently placed an order with Dinodirect.com on 20 February 2012. The order has not yet arrived and Dinodirect customer service wants me to wait for more than one and a half month until 8 April before they will consider it lost. After that they will try to resolve it for me, no guarantee though.

I have already unsuccessfully tried to chat with them multiple times on this issue. I did not get any satisfactory response from their customer service representative Emily.

I am not at all impressed with their customer service and delivery delay. I am not sure if they have even dispatched my order.

I paid them more than a month before and have not received anything in return. Moreover I have already wasted huge amount of time in chasing up about non-receipt of my order.

Finally I have opened up a Paypal Claim to get the refund.
