"This is the crappiest website to be ordering stuff from!
REASONS: 1) Takes forever to get it AND that is if you do get it!
2) Customer Service likes to play that "run around"
game!
3) They refused to refund or even reship!

MUST I SAY MORE?

"Do not ever buy at Dinodirect. They are scammers. I purchased 15" "Red Car Laptop Decal Skin Sticker Cover BDL02-0118", but never received the merchandise. Tried to contact them through e-mail but no answer was received.

"Has been over a year since delt with them, worst experience ever. Read some reviews to which they answer with nice words and leave it still hanging with no solution. My advice and recommendation to all whom have had a problem with this company, is to file a complaint with paypal. Through this process we can get their paypal account suspended at least hopefully from certain countries where there are too many complaints. Paypal would be great if they offer this service and offer their customers some sort of protection especially when the third party is a paypal account holder."

"This is my favorite Chinese online store.

I began to make purchases in DinoDirect in December 2011. I liked the wide range of products, good speed of the site,
it is easy to pay by credit card. On the site a good description of the goods and clear photos. In DinoDirect quite adequate technical support. All the questions they answered during the day. I've already made 16 purchases in DinoDirect. 15 of them came without any problems. All the shopping, I was pleased. One purchase (camera) has been lost or stolen mail during delivery (at the time was 56 days). I called technical support. I explained that I went to the mail station, where I was told that no information on the administration does not. After a brief correspondence via email with suggestions how to fix the situation, DinoDirect sent me a package again. I hope that this time it is not lost. Also for my patience, I was given one month of free membership iDinor VIP Club.
I am very pleased with the work DinoDirect. My experience has shown that a reliable store. In solving the problems are always loyal to the client and responsible attitude to their work.
I recommend shopping at DinoDirect.

I do NOT seek compensation for the product nor a gift voucher, I bought the product at my own risk as stated. I simply want my review to appear as it should so that other potential purchasers can decide for themselves whether to buy or not.
I have submitted another review on your website and if it appears as it should, then I will reply to you about what you have asked me to do regarding updating the review to 4 or 5 stars. Your company seriously needs to take better care of your web site as many functions DO NOT work correctly and that must be frustrating to others also.

You have misunderstood me. I never said I don't like the item, I said it does NOT perform its job very well as a coffee grinder. Hence I have no need or want for compensation other than to see my review on DinoDirects web page for the coffee grinder so that other people may balance the differing views. Your service is incredibly bad and if you bothered to read the emails I have sent then you would understand that you have failed to answer any of my questions nor do as you said you would do in the emails that you sent me.
Where would I put the review but on your review page of course, are you so silly ? (http://www.dinodirect.com/ProductComment/ProductID-333546-currency-AUD.html ) I did it TWICE !! and still nothing because your company it seems like you doesn't like anything but wonderfully positive reviews as anyone can see by just looking at a few of your reviews. You can be assured I will post another review with all of your emails and the dates of them on the other web site for others to see in one weeks time if my review doesn't show up this time.
