Just wanna share (I do keep my word - to "give credit to whom credit is due") ...[re:Live chat on 02-16-12] I commend DINOSharon of DINODIRECT(she ok'd to mention her name) for her unfailing effort in persistently helping me resolve numerous interrelated issues re: my P.O.s with DINODIRECT. Firstly, before I bought the (2) tablet-PCs, I clarified with the pre-sale rep if those tablet-PCs have these features/functions (i.e., HDMI/TV-out mode & MS OFC./DOC-TO-GO) ...only to find out, after receiving those devices, that the features/functions that should be installed in those devices were actually not there... i was given FALSE ASSURANCE by the PRE-sale C.S.rep and was just swayed to buy those 2 tablet-PCs...instead of providing a smooth flow in the orders made & eventually providing satisfaction to your client/s with their P.O.s, you're just initiating a PROBLEM from the get-go ; moreover, those mistakes further affect the image and integrity of DINODIRECT & causing problems like unnecessary returns, complaints, etc. --- so you (C.S. rep/s) need to be very careful in giving CONFIRMATION/INFOs to clients as you (C.S. rep/s) need to earn their (clients) TRUST... marketing also works thru your customers BY WORD OF MOUTH...BASED ON THE CUSTOMER/s experience/s with the company (with their P.O.s). Secondly, upon subsequent follow up with the after-sale rep, i was never given any direct answer to my inquiries, plus, the after-sale rep kept going in circles, seems evading the issues, and was asking for irrelevant question/s that had nothing to do with resolving the issues presented(that person really got into my nerves...kinda weird that they won't let me chat to their supervisor or manager or even let me have the e-mail so i can address the concern to the higher-up, which is the "proper way" to deal with situation/s that the employee/s couldn't handle). So, I thought of just asking for DINOSharon to mediate, instead of wasting both our (me & the after-sale rep) time and creating unnecessary friction with the after-sale rep...and VOILA! - I readily got some resolutions [troubleshooting still ongoing though] from DINOSharon & got my confidence back with DINODIRECT...whew!...told DINOSharon that she's my angel in DINODIRECT --- indeed, she is... I wanna let DINOSharon know that I truly appreciate all her efforts, time & patience...told her to help the after-sale C.S. rep & be an "inspiration to her colleagues"...

Their products are ridiculously cheap, free shipping, no customs fees, sent to my door on the other side of the world - Pretty good service and price I must admit. They also add in a little gift to every order. They have a great point system as well. Give bonus points for each order. Adds to discounts on already cheap prices. "It is amazing that we are told that China is becoming an economic powerhouse. That we will be eventually owned by them. They hold an enormous amount of our debt. They have sold a tremendous amount of crap to us to finance this and refuse to stand behind their product. This scares the hell out of me.
The way that this Lois sidesteps any responsibility for the junk that his company is selling and the absolute absence of morality of what they are doing is so apparent is disgusting. When I think that the greed of these people will soon control the business in North America. I get very afraid for my children.
I read through the posts of previous complaints and the arrogance and the complete underestimating of the intelligence of the North American people is so obvious, and Louis thinks he has it under control. He thinks that he can snow you and get away with it. And guess what? He is!!!
We continue to get sucked in and buy their junk, give them more money to buy up the assets of the country and let them steal us blind. There is no morality in this company. I ordered an ereader before Christmas and received it on February 18th. It was a Christmas present for my son. They continually lied about when they had sent it. I got the unit and tried to use it and of course it did not work for purchased books or library books because guess what, you need software to read books that you buy or get from the library. The only thing that it would read was free internet books. They said that it was a hardware problem and they would send me a new one. They even gave a ship date and tracking #. Again a lie. They never sent it. Then they said it is a software problem and not a hardware problem so there is no refund. Whatever the issue was it took about 50 emails of denial and "I am sorry for your inconvenience and can we give you a $20 gift certificate. and I will check this further with my department"
They have a whole team of people in the denial and certificate department. They are treating us as stupid "gwai lo" and wearing us down until we give up. I can imagine that this is the way they treat their own people but they will soon find out that this will not work for them. Look at the suicide rate in corporate towns. Look at the track record of their treatment of individual rights. Imagine the individual being a person who purchases something. Look at the central government UN security council veto regarding Syria. If they allowed that resolution to go through then who knows, the Chinese central government might be called to task for their own regime.
