"On 1/1/12 I ordered an e-reader for my wife. It was received on 01/18/12 and on 01/19/12 I requested an RMA to return the product, They have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We could not get the e-reader to work. When I communicated with a live person I was told the problem was that my manuel was in Chinese and they would send me one in English. I never received it. When I complained I was told thjet it was their Chinese New Years and to be patient for 2 or 3 weeks. As of today 02/28/12 it has been 7 weeks and I still do not have an English manuel or Return Authorization. This ia a lousy Company and I would neer recommend anyone do business with them.
03/03/12 I would like to point out that the photo's in the user manuel that came with my e-reader are a totally different device. Also, the English manuel I just received also shows a totally different model from the one I have with totally different features. The English instructions include phrases such as: "No throw, No bump, No damp".
I was offered a $20 gift certificate in January if I would just keeo the device, I said "NO"! Today I received another offer of a $20 gift certificate and again said "NO"!
If have to throw this piece of junk away $20 won't make any difference."

"For real I'm completely dissappointed of dinodirect, since 02/11/2012 I have placed my order, which were 5 items that I have ordered from them. and i also paid for an express shipping.
All my items were in stock when I was ordering them but 2 days later they sent a email about some of my items are stocked out, so why dinodirect charged my bank account if they knew my items were stock out!!? I called that being DISHONEST with customers, according to dinodirect , they dont want my orders to be delay thats why they have sent partially 3 out 5 of items by ups.
2/28/2012 I received email from dinodirect about they will send the rest of my order by a regular post office and in plus it will come without insurance,
Firstable I never paid for my items to be shipped from a regular post office, secondy Im not the one who choose his order to be partially shipped because I have paid for an express shipping., thirdly I want to know when I will the rest of my orders because I have worked to earn that money.

"I have ordered from Dino Direct 6 times now. Twice last year and 4 four times this year. Three orders were made during this month of december 2011 and are still in process. My first order this month was made on the 4/12/2011, I received part of the order # D5354742-DD yesterday - 20/12/2011. My order was for 7 watches and an universal travel adapter, received 5 of the watches and the adapter. The watches are reasonably good for the price paid but the wrist bands are not leather as the description stated - 2 of them are a leather look material and 2 of them are rubber bands. The watch SINOBI 9206 has got metal wrist band and the one I received has ugly stains at the back of the watch. I opened a RMA Case to request a discount for this item. Very embarassing to give a gift which has got stains on it. I'm happy with the quality of the watches so far, but I want to get a discount for the deffective one. All watches I've bought have been sent to me in pastic bags, so the packaging is very poor but not a big issue. I suppose I should not complain about watches packaging compared to their prices.
In my experience with Dino Direct, they have usually taken from 7 to 10 days to approve, prepare and ship the items which is quite long. I believe online stores should be able to process and ship items within 3 days max. Their processing/shipping time is long and slow. Despite the poor packaging, I've been satisfied with all watches and gadgets I have received so far, but for clothes I'm very disappointed. Last year I ordered two tops for myself and a coat for my husband. The coat was too small for a Large size. I sold the coat to a nephew and tried to return the girls shirts. One of the shirts was a Free size supposed to fit from 82 to 140 cm bust measurement - WitchHomeā¢ Women Rivet 2 Fer T Shirt. My bust measures 100 cm and the shirt did not fit me. I tried to return the item but my RMA case was void because I did not upload the shipping invoice as it is stated in my account on their website. The truth is I was never told to upload the shipping invoice, I received an email asking to upload a video or picture to prove my claim. I wrote them 3 times to tell them the shirt would tear if I tried to put it on to have pictures taken. Anyway, I was also offered a 5 dolars store credit voucher to keep the shirt but I never received the voucher. I had never been so furious and angry with an online store before and I have never had this sort of problems with any other website where I normally shop online. Anyway, I was decided not to buy from Dino Direct ever again after these clothes. I decided to give it another try now in December as I need to buy a big amount of gifts to take across to south america for family and friends and Dino Direct has got many gadgets, watches and jewelry at reasonable prices. I've been satisfied with most of what I've bought from them. So far I have always received the items and never paid shipping. I only buy items which qualify for free shipping.
If you are going to try Dino Direct just be aware of their slow processing and shipping time and be very carefull with clothe sizes, specially when it comes to Free Size clothe measurement because their return process is a pain.
For gadgets I'm pretty happy with everything I've got from Dino Direct so far, but it's necessary being patient as it can take from 3 to 6 weeks from order date to receive the items, that's how long has taken for my orders but I live in Australia."
