"A total rip off. I bought a tablet from them in January and was told I can get a full refund if I returned the product. I did. First I have to ship to China ($35), next after almost a month they finally confirmed that they got it and my refund will be issued within days. I have since been waiting for over 2 weeks and they today when I called them they just up on me. Don't get ripped off, the phone number ***-***-**** is listed for CA but they pick up in China and they keep giving me a round around. The worst experience I have had with them and I suppose my money is lost. Next time check out the reviews before you buy... Beware"
