"Terrible company and customer support. I took advantage of the "deal" offered through Eversave last year and ordered two R/C hovercraft through DinoDirect. I placed order on 11/20/11 and I received one of them in January. I opened it up and it didn't work. The back fan was fine but the one that is supposed to fill the skirt and let it float was not strong enough. So I decided to wait until the other one came so that I could see if this was a fluke or not. Still waiting.

I tried to call them today but surprise surprise, there is no phone number, just live chat. I chatted with someone who arranged for an RMA so I could ship it back. The email came and the address was for China!!! That will cost $100!

Tried to get in touch with them again via live chat and was disconnected twice after waiting over 40 minutes!

"Long story short, good prices on cheap products but you'll pay for it in shipping. Risky shipping to the US due to customs, but they do respond to customer complaints.

Their item descriptions include a lot of details, most of them are accurate - only minor inconsistancy that's possibly due to the language barrior. I ordered mostly cheap items while they were offering sales, so a lot of the cost was in shipping. The big problem in my order was a low-end 8" Android Tablet, after all the sale discounts it ended up only costing $32. I was dissapointed, but not surprised when they told me it was out of stock. I raised a stink about it and they actually sent it to me. The item itself is about what I expected from a cheap Android (I was shocked it still works after 24 hours), but so far it's functional. The customer support was surprisingly responsive. I have to give them credit for re-sending a package that never made it, and for finally sending the tablet when I expressed dissapointment over the 'gift card' option.

My first order at the end of November 2011 was shipped in a reasonable time. My order on New Years Eve, however took until the 2nd week of February to sort everything out.

* Cheap goods from china, but sometimes cheap is good.
* Shipping is a wildcard, but they will listen to you.
* The quantity available on the site is probably not accurate for sales.

Bottom line:
I would be still be a little nervous ordering from them again, but I got some good flashlights, a few connectors, some magnets, and a tablet, I might find something else worth the risk. The selection is impressive. and they do include "gifts" with the orders that make you say 'huh, that's kind of interesting"."
