"Received my shipment of 53 Refurbished Grade D Beats Earbuds. All 53 were supposed to be tested and fully functional, but I have approximately 10 pair, after going through 40 so far, that are either broke, do not pair, come on and/or charge. I understand I bought Grade D, however, 10 plus pair at a nominal average resale value of $50 each, equates to $500 lost.
I'm perfectly good with no rubber tips or charging cable and I am VERY happy that 99% of the batch has zero (0) cosmetic defects at all!! The loss in resale value for non-working items is where the concern lies.
I'm interested to see how the 90 day refurbished guarantee works. I trust that it will be fair in fixing my issue."
