"I was online looking for an AC/Compressor w/Clutch at a decent price...Kind of landed at Discount AC parts just because Discount attracted me to click on the link...to my surprise they had some really good prices especially the package deal where you get everything for $299 you can't beat that!! And it comes with a 1 year warranty as well...all in one bundle!! I will admit that i was hesitant to buy it because you know how the saying goes "If its too good to be true, than it probably isn't" Instead of buying them from online i called the facility and talked to "JAMES" He was pleasant to work with and new what he was doing..he helped make my desicion in wanting to buy the package and helped me realize how much i would save by buying the package instead of buying the parts individually...My transaction ran smoothly and in the end JAMES had a satisfied customer. I received my parts on time and efficiently...took them out of the box and they looked new!! I'm sure they are new and i'm sure they came from the mabufacturer, but you can't be too careful now a days lol (I'm not doubting they aren't new) Just saying because i am cautious. JAMES even took the liberty of emailing me my tracking number. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy AC parts for there vehicle!! Not only because of the price, but because of the customer service as well...if you end talking to someone who isn't pleasant or your transaction isn't running smoothly, then ask to speak with James...i'm sure he will give you that vibe that everything will run according to plan.

I haven't installed my parts yet (because i can't afford it yet) and even if i did install them it would take anywhere from a month to a year before i could tell ya whether the parts are defective or not or whether it was worth buying them (that analysis will come when i have a problem) If i have a problem at all :)"
