Very supportive and accommodating when I needed to hit a date for embroidered hats and they were not going to hit a promised date, they expedited the order and overnight shipped it. However, the quality of the embroidery was frankly terrible. Although their price was very low compared to others, so you get what you pay for. Overall, the price wasn't worth the final product at all."
