"I was disappointed that the entire shipment did not arrive in a timely manner even though I placed my order weeks in advance of the event. I received all but the lids very timely. I notified DM and indicated the urgency but had to place three separate calls following up on the rest of the order only to have the items arrive after I left for my trip. Thankfully all of the folks receiving the wine cups are local and I can get them the lids but it was disappointing not to have the entire set for the event. Also, I had a difficult time setting up the graphics on the site and even after having a tech try to work with me I had to re-do the order to set it up myself. I've purchased from DM before so I will return. Just disappointed about this current experience."

"Ordered 250 beer koozies, they were slated to be delivered by June 5th or 6th according to their website. They just got here today, June 17th, I needed them for an even on June 8th. Their customer service at first tried to blame me saying I took over a week to approve the proof and I had multiple changes. I took about 45 min to approve the proof, and the changes I had were because their design team kept spelling bocce, bogge. They then kept telling me that they couldn't move my order in the que because of the influx of recent orders. So basically, other orders came in after mine and they got put in front of mine. I will never use this company again, and I advise everyone to stay away.
PS: My email shipping confirmation still had a delivery date of June 5-6th, that email was sent on June 14th."
