I was not able to use them for event and I was very disappointed. That said, I got the shirts for 50% off since they were going to be thrown out by DM anyway."

"I purchased 200 pint glasses with our company logo from Discount Mugs. I was very pleased when I received the order, however, after one wash in the dishwasher the logo had nearly completely peeled off. I reached out to customer service and they explained that while their glasses are dishwasher safe, the logo is not dishwasher safe. I checked back to see if there was ANYWHERE on the website that would have indicated that if you purchase a glass with a logo it would have to be hand washed and there is no where that information is listed. I have requested a full refund for my purchase with no response. This was such a waste of money and frankly false advertising on Discount Mugs behalf. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! "

"Shipped mugs before we approved proof. When we tried to address with customer service, it made a bad situation even worse. When we received the glasses, quality was poor, and several instances of black streaks from the lettering. Packaging was good, that was about it. There are plenty of great companies who offer this service, this is 100% NOT one of them. "
