"I love district lines. I've used their online services twice, and received both my orders perfectly on time internationally and have been happy with the quality and service they provided. I will continue to use District lines and highly suggest it to anyone interested in their products!

It's great to see an American company take such time and quality in their international orders as well as their national ones. Check them out!

"District lines is a very reliable company with great customer service. My first order with them went through great. My 2nd and 3rd orders didn't go so well though (at first). Those orders didn't arrive for months so I sent them an email regarding those orders. The response time I got was amazing. I sent the email then went to get a drink, by the time I was back in my room I had a response. The process of verifying my personal details and all took about a week, but throughout the whole thing they were polite and courteous and it felt like they actually wanted to help. They shipped out both of those orders at their own expense even though it wasn't their fault it hadn't arrived (damn Australia post). The orders arrived internationally after just a week and everything was their.

Even though it was a bit annoying that the orders hadn't arrived, the customer service and response time was nothing short of incredible. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend for anyone else to do so as well.

"District Lines is amazing! It fulfills my straightedge needs! You can also buy many different merch there too! All of my orders that have got have been at Great prices and it ships to me in a good amount of time! The clothing I buy from there is what I wear when my band plays shows and I get tons of compliments! I've never had problems with DL and I don't think I ever will. It's easy to shop on their website and their customer service is really great! DL is like family to me now when it comes to clothing. I'm going to be loyal to DL as long as they keep fulfilling my needs. Thanks for being a great website!!!!"

"Worst customer service I've encountered so far. Orders are delayed beyond belief. They take over a week to respond to their ticket system. Two weeks after canceling an order (that was of course back ordered for Christmas) they shipped it. Two weeks later they responded to the cancel request with information that they shipped. Steer clear from this place! "

"Wow. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I placed an order for a custom-made t-shirt in mid-November--for an Xmas present, of course--and.....heard NOTHING. And then.....MORE NOTHING. So I sent an email to their customer service on December 2nd and heard--brace yourself--NOTHING. So I sent a second email. Still....(you guessed it)....NOTHING. So...I finally CALLED customer service (which is the only reason they even deserve a star----I spoke to a wonderful woman named Temari who was sweet and helpful as could be). Anyhow, that call was placed today (December 23rd)--three days before Xmas...and I find out that apparently there was some sort of problem with the graphics printer a few weeks ago and that none of the custom-T orders in the last month could be filled. Supposedly I am on some phantom list somewhere to receive a refund....when? They couldn't even tell me! So....no call, no response, no product...you do the math. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you find an alternative to this merchant."

"I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a shirt and ornament on December 5th. After I ordered the ornament shows as a presale and will be available December 10th. I sent an email last week about still not receiving my order and got no response. I emailed again tonight. These are both xmas gifts and now I won't get them in time. I will never order from them again. I am going to call in the morning and try to cancel my whole order. Now I have to do last minute xmas shopping."

"i absolutely love district lines.
whenever i receive stuff from the site im always so excited.
the only problem is getting the items you order!
the first time i ordered a tshirt i waited forever and finally emailed them and they said they were out of stock. but never emailed me to let me know.
the last time i ordered for a whole month it kept saying processing i finally emailed them asking if they were ever going to ship out and i just received my purchases. except that i was missing an item.
i love their merch, but they need to step it up!

"Pre-ordered some vinyl records on the 12th of March; got charged for them about the same day. It's a "pre-order"; fair enough.

Then the waiting begins... and 3 months later (7 June) they finally break the news that despite having "pre-ordered" which essentially should have reserved me a copy; they sold my copies but will give me store credit instead (no refunds).

Best case scenario, it took these guys 3 MONTHS to figure out they sold too many copies, or worst case scenario, they ignored my pre-order and sold the albums anyway (hell, I'd already paid, why not?).

Bottom line: these guys are either complete idiots or just a bunch of thieves and whatever you're looking to buy it's prolly not worth the gamble of doing business with them.

"Do not order from this company I order two shirts expecting to get them by X-mas having placed the order on Dec 2 when it became clear that they weren't even going to ship before christmas I tried canceling the order. I made numerous attempts at canceling the order using the request system on their website. I got an email saying the issue had been taken care of but my order has still not been canceled on their website nor has my money been refunded. They have no other contact information on their website. "

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a t shirt from this company at the beginning of September and it is now October 6th. I finally today emailed them to see what the hold up was just for them to tell me that what I ordered was not in stock. They never once sent me an email informing me of this or any type of communication alerting me that my order was not going to ship yet they collected my money the day I ordered. I read the FAQ and everything before I ordered and understood that it could take 14 business days to arrive. I waited 22 business days or over a month total and didn't hear a word from them. They have said they will be refunding my money within 7-10 business days... I'm just hoping that is nothing like their shipping of 14 business days that never happens. I will be keeping an eye on my bank account. Buyer Beware."

"Before ordering from this company, you should know that they currently have an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau for their selling practices and services. I didn't know this until I got burned. I ordered 2 T-shirts on November 23rd. A FULL 10 days later, I received an email from the company stating that one of the T-shirts was not available. I responded right away and chose another T-shirt. It is now 4 weeks later and I have not received my shipment despite numerous emails to the company. They charged my credit card instantly and never shipped my order! And now they're telling me they won't refund my payment for items that are IN STOCK! Laughable! If the items were IN STOCK, wouldn't I have them by now? Their FAQ section indicates it is also their policy to take people's money before anything ever ships. Their policy of not issuing refunds is absolutely ludicrous. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I recommend you take the issue(s) to your credit card company and the BBB. Update: My credit card company was able to get a full refund on my behalf."

"This company is terrible. I needed my order in time for Christmas. Not only did the product not ship in time, but it didn't ship at all. When I emailed them SEVERAL times, I did not get a reply. I'm pretty sure they just took my money and will never send the order. When I look at the tracking information, it says "Processing," and it has said that for three weeks now. This company has the worst service I have ever dealt with. Don't EVER order from them. You will be disappointed."

"I bought a t-shirt from their online store in haste and immidiately regretted the decision. I emailed the company not 5 minutes after I had made the purchase and asked them to cancel my order. They informed me later that day via email that A) they recieved the email to late to do anything about it and B) that even if I could've caught them "in time", it would have been impossible to cancel my order since it is their company policy not to do so. So I emailed them back asking if I could return my order and they informed me of their 10 dollar restocking fee, and having to pay them for shipping both ways. Over all, the customer service was prompt but inneffective and I found the outrageous company policies not only hidden but hard to understand. Id give th is seller a 3 out of 10. "
