I liked how the website was also prompt on sending me email reminders of when my package was expected, because I've had other experiences where the email reminder wouldn't comeuntil after I hadrecieved my purchase. The only real complaint I have is that I wish there had been an option on shipping. I was on vacation when my package came, and I would've liked the option of paying the lower price for a longer wait. The shipping was a pretty high expense, and if I'm going to be paying that much I think my purchase should've come sooner. "When I ordered from DistrictLines I was amazed at the friendly interface where you make your order.
Despite this, I managed to write the wrong Zip-Code, but luckily the customer-support on DistrictLines is one of the best I've come across. I sent the ticket, and within 24 hours they had reviewed my ticket and sent it to the higher-ups to change the zip-code. This was then done within another 24 hours.
After that, it took 3-4 weeks to ship it from USA to Norway. So all in all I am very pleased with DistrictLines and will most probably order from you again."
