However, I was annoyed when I ordered a order of posters, and it was 1.) 2-3 weeks late and 2.) and all the posters were folded to have now a crease line. :/. The printed t-shirts I ordered were shipped the day after I ordered them.
The bad
I shirts are very thin and poor quality, I'm glad they were clearanced out at $3.99 ea because they definitely weren't worth the full price.
Although the items shipped the following day, the way they were shipped was terrible It took 9 days to arrive. I order a lot of supplies from direct vendors in China and the longest wait time I have on those orders is 10 days.
I doubt if I will order any products from this company again"

"Cannot say enough about the horrible customer service and overall attitude of this company. Ordered a T-shirt, size Adult Medium, for my daughter. Took FOREVER to come and missed being here in time for Christmas although I ordered it the first week in December. When it finally did come, it said Medium, but must have been a Child's medium because it was TINY! Did not even fit my 7 year old! Immediately tried to contact them but they were not answering the phone, forcing me to leave message after message, that was never returned. Finally, I disputed the charge on my credit card. That got their attention, but only to force them to dispute my complaint, arguing that the shirt was in fact an Adult Medium and that there are no returns allowed. Pitiful response - no concern for the customer at all. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!"

Being a technical fool i had some problems with the order form,but recieved a very helpful,personal email from their customer service within 24 hours on international shipping.My order was then shipped to the uk two days later,arriving safely,with no customs charges,well within two weeks! Highly recommended!"
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered two tickets, posters, shirts, and backstage passes to an upcoming show through this company. I placed my order November 1, 2011, which was literally the day I heard about the concert. The website says the order hadn't even been placed until December 14. It is now January 11, 2012. The concert is in TWO DAYS, January 13. We finally received the t-shirts and posters, but...WHERE ARE THE TICKETS?! I spent over $100 and have been waiting two months to receive my order, and they only give us HALF of it? I will NEVER buy from these idiots again."
"I will never purchase an item from this company again! I placed my order in November and finally reciecd it 3 days before Christmas! They gave me the wrong size shirt (child L instead of an adult XS). In order to return you must call or send in an inquiry on their site. I sent in the inquiry and never heard back from them. Finally called and was told that I would have to pay shipping and that they would not send the UPS shipping label (something their website said they would do) because it was an exchange and not an error on their part. When I pointed out that it was an error because they sent the wrong size, I was told they sometimes do that because the sizes are so similar. The child L was WAY smaller than the other shirts I recieved in an adult XS. Cosutmer services was customer NO service and was very rude!"
"I'd like to start by stating that I have never wrote a negative review toward any company but District Lines was so disturbing that I felt I needed to do so. I placed my Christmas order the morning of Dec 2, 2011. Thought the $16.99 shipping and handling fee was high but continued with the order since it was highly desired items for my daughter. One item was a presale item. As I attempted to track my order, I discovered the order wont ship until all items are available. Really? As much as the shipping and handling cost, they couldn't ship the items as they became available? Thought I would still receive the items in time for Christmas since the website reported that the item would ship on Dec 20th. It shipped on Dec 21st. I was able to begin tracking the order though there was no estimated delivery date. When I saw that the item was just sitting at FedEx two hours from my house, I contacted them to see if I could expedite the shipping or even drive to pick up the order. Of course I couldn't, only the shipper could dictate the shipping process. I attempted to contact them. No response to e-mails. I called during business hours and was connected to a voice mail. Never did received a return call. Still thought I should receive this order in time for Christmas. But no. The reason the order was sitting at Fed Ex was because it was waiting for the US Postal Service to pick up and continue the delivery of the order. Again, really? The $16.99 fee for shipping should have gotten it here before Christmas. I ordered many items this year, some with free shipping, and they had a shorter delivery time. It is currently Dec 27 and of course it wasn't among today's mail. I have a very disappointed daughter and I am a very angry mother!! Of course, I can't report on the quality or condition of the order since it has ONLY been 25 days since the ordered was placed."
