"Before I start I’ve never had a bad experience with dollskill until recently I had a disappointing issue with a product I ordered, it didn’t really match the description and photo provided on the website. When I brought this to their customer chat service, she didn’t ask any questions but just let me rant and immediately said they’d give me store credit, a promo code, and I didn’t have to send the item back. It was all I really wanted and she did it no questions asked and was super nice the whole time. Like I said before I’ve never had issues with their products until this once but I’ll definitely still be ordering from again, will just make sure to look more in depth into the product before purchasing. through all of the years, i’ve never had an issue with shipping, payment, returns or anything of the sort. however, i needed a pair of shoes for a show that i never got tracking information for. it seemed that the package never reached the shipping facility, so i reached out via text (so convenient!) and was promptly responded to. the person helping me out let me know that it must’ve been lost in shipment, and processing a replacement with upgraded shipping within a few hours with lots of kindness and care.
