"I was introduced to dresslily by my roommate recently. I have since ordered 5 items in 3 orders total. So far all items have arrived within reasonable expectation of time that was set before I completed my order for each individual item has its own projected shipping and handling turnaround time. Although sizes tend to vary from item to item, as long as you check this size chart for your proportions then you will avoid those issue for the most part. 1 of my items arrived damaged, I reached out to dresslily support who responded within 24 business hours of each message with all of my communications with them. For a company that does not seem to be based in North America, they seem to be rather fluent, courteous and prompt with their responses. 1 item I had a problem where my arms didn't fit in the sleeves, when I completed the review saying as such it triggered dresslily to contact me based on their concern with this item. This shocked and amazed me as most places will not take it upon themselves to resolve these trivial matters. Overall I am extremely pleased with the clothes I have received (even the damaged one) and really love the loyalty program they offer and how it works it very ingenious for both the company and the customer. Offering the option of submitting product review and pictures of clothing being worn by customers for points, which can be redeemed for $$ off your order is a perk. Gotten numerous compliments on the items and will continue to make purchases with this site. Absolutely love it. Just read the literature and one should not have any misconceptions about sizes and shipping time-frame etc, otherwise contact support and they will usually work with you to promptly resolve the matter. Great communication from staff and shipping overall love dresslily!!!"
"I have been a DressLily customer for a few months now. I have found their website to be very easy to look around and manage and have ordered several swimsuits, dresses and tops. I have had some minor issues with sizing on a couple of items and customer service responded quicky and were able to resolve my problem in a very timely manner. I would recommend highly buying from their website. It does take some time for the products to arrive (2 weeks) but you do have the option of them arriving sooner. To me the items are worth the wait."

"I ordered a shirt, and it took Dresslilly almost one month to ship it to me. And when I received it, it was the wrong shirt! And not something I would wear either.
So, I sent Dresslilly a request for a return, but they never provided a process by which I wouldn’t have to pay shipping fees, or any other solution for that matter. And not even the threat of a bad review here had any effect. I think they don’t care, and I found their so-called customer service to be a joke; a few days ago, as a follow-up to the ‘support ticket’ I received a satisfaction questionnaire a few days ago.
My recommendation would be, if an item is taking way too much time to ship, cancel the order if you can—because that means the item is probably out of stock."

"I ordered two items from this store about a year ago; one of them arrived in a good time frame - no issues. The other one did not. I submitted a ticket so that the issue could be sorted out, which was not answered for several weeks. Even then it took months to have a new product sent to me. They reimbursed me, though. Their customer service, although slow, did keep me happy. In the following months, they continued to contact me and when i responded, they did not take weeks to get back to me as they did before. It seems that if they need to talk, they will. But if you need help, they will take their time. As long as the product doesn't get lost in the mail, everything is fine. Also, their sizes run very small. Quality is so-so. "
