"I am very upset with this company. I just got half my order last week (almost a month after I ordered it) and it was way too small. I tried to contact Dresslily but their submit button doesn't work. I tried it four times and it wouldn't click to submit the problem. I haven't received the other shirt yet (but I'm sure it will be too small as well)! I'm very frustrated with this company. I would like them to make this right! I ordered an XL which is what I wear, but at these sizes I would probably need a 4 X (XXXXL).

"I ordered a sweatshirt that took a month to arrive. My shipping confirmation claimed the order was mailed by Netherlands Surface Post but it was actually mailed from China. The tracking number never worked (gee, I wonder why) so for a month I was thinking my order got lost in the mail. When it finally arrived, I was really disappointed. The "sweatshirt" was made of t-shirt material. There were many stray strings and loose seams, and the shirt didn't even have a tag in it, leading me to believe it's some sort of sweatshop manufacturing job. Furthermore, the shirts has a weird logo on the chest that doesn't appear in the website photo of the product. The color of the strings is different from the website photo, too. (If I'd known the pink shirt would have black and fluorescent yellow strings, I wouldn't have bought it! So ugly!) Lastly, the cut of the hood is very different from in the website photo...which is disappointing since the hood was the most unique feature and the reason I bought the shirt. I submitted a review on the website, but -- big shock -- it was never posted. To add to the "sketchy" factor, the charge showed up on my credit card as "Hasan." Sounds like a scam to me...
UPDATE, 12/6/2015:
I sent the email below in response to Dresslily's customer service message, along with the photo that I've used as my profile pic. I received a response within 24 hours along with an offer of a full refund, and I ***DID*** receive a full refund after about a week.
They also attempted to justify the bait and switch by saying, "As you know, our prices are very competitive and not considered expensive. Therefore the quality of a small number of the products may not be the same as full priced, more expensive items." (In my response to this message, I informed them that in the United States, it's illegal to advertise one product and then actually sell another. As if they care.) Here's the message I sent that resulted in the refund offer, in case it helps anyone else:

Attached is a photo of my item compared to the photo on your website. As you can see, they are not the same. The hood is a different shape/style, the strings are a different color, and a strange logo appears on the chest that is not depicted on the website. Furthermore, the item is advertised as a "sweatshirt" but is made out of T-shirt material. I would like to receive either the EXACT item I ordered instead of this made-in-China knock-off, or a full refund. And no, I *will not* pay to ship my item back; I'm not the one who is in the wrong here.

"I have ordered many items on dress lily so far and there will be many more orders to come! I love the website, there is a huge choice of clothes and everything is so cheap. delivery time / customer service - Most items arrived within 2-3 weeks of ordering them, for the few items who did not arrived i asked a refund and the very friendly customer service were always really quick to reply to me, they were always very polite and every time i got my money back if i did not get the item. Clothes quality - I have to say i was pretty well impress about the quality of the clothes, for the price i always expect the worse quality but it is actually quite good material so no complaints here. i would have paid much more for some of the clothes i ordered just because of the good quality. Are the clothes true to the description and picture shown? i have to admit that some clothes are not the exact same as what i ordered. I mean you have to expect it to a certain extant for the price you pay your clothes, you can't expect designer clothes! 1 dress was actually completely different to the one originally bought but it turns out i like the one i received better so i am very happy with that mistake! Also with a bit of imagination you can turn the clothes that don't fit perfectly in something just as nice and unique which i love doing. I have turned a dress that was too small into a great top that suit me really well and is now one of my favorite top. I ordered a skirt that was too tight around my waist but after removing the elastic band the skirt now fit me perfectly. One dress was a little bit too long but that's not a big deal to fix, with an open mind this shop is awesome for turning clothes into something really unique. Of all the clothes i bought so far (25 items) there was only 1 that i didn't like and won't wear but that's pretty good when you think about how much i have saved by buying my clothes on dress lily instead of a proper shop and by taking the risk of buying something without seeing it and trying it first. Reward points - Another thing i love about dress lily is the reward points you get for ordering more clothes and for posting reviews. i have written reviews and posted pictures on the dress lily website of all the clothes i have bought so far. you also get more points if you add a picture of the clothe you bought while wearing it (which is great so people can actually see for themselves what the clothes really look like) and people can see it is not a scam and the clothes really exist and fit really well if you make sure you order the right size. Payment - Paypal is so safe and easy to use, i use it to pay for everything i buy online. Overall i highly recommend dress lily as a cheaper option for good quality clothes!"
"I ordered 5 shirts from dress lily on 10/31/15. I made sure to do it in plenty of time before Christmas since they are supposed to be presents I'm giving. They shipped to me in a timely manner but only 1 of the shirts were the correct material (polyester like stated in the item description) and the other 4 were some sort of stiff, scratchy material completely different from the corrrect one. Also, 1 of the shirts had a huge hole in it when I removed it from the package. I did an online thing and got a support ticket about the mix up and it said I should receive a reply within about 24 hours. I did it on 11/25 and it is now 12/2 and I haven't received any word back from anyone. I would really like to exchange the 4 incorrect shirts but now I'm afraid I'm running out of time to get it all done and back to me before Christmas. The support ticket # is T15112577521.
