A few things to keep in mind:
Pay close attention to sizing when you are making a selection, as each top is different on size conversions. My suggestion would be to be sure and look carefully at the size chart/individual measurements and perhaps even go one size larger.
Quality is good, but handle garment with care. My blouses were rayon and very delicate. Hand wash and iron on a very low setting if you need to get the wrinkles out.
Customer service is good and very efficient through email communication.

"Avoid this company,they refuse to give you a refund. The items sent were mtoo small and when you ask about returning the goods they ask for proof that they are not the right measurements and when you send that they say they haven't received it.

"After reading many bad reviews online about DressLily, I decided to give them a try anyways. I can honestly say the people giving bad reviews were wrong, I had no problem at all. I ordered a shirt, a watch and a hair bow and each arrived in a timely manner.
The quality of the shirt was amazing, I have owned it for almost 6 months now and I wear it quite often. There is no sign of wear and tear or any damage at all, especially where I wear it often. The lace sleeves are amazing, I do not wear long sleeved shirts often but I love my shirt.
I also ordered a watch with a hand woven band and a cute little cat charm, the quality is amazing and I absolutely adore it. I am a big lover of cats so the little cat charm on the watch makes it absolutely perfect. The quality is wonderful, the watch is not to heavy to wear for long periods of time and I wear it quite often when I leave the house. I absolutely adore the coffee colors in the woven watch band, I am not a big fan of neutral colors but this watch changes my perspective on neutrals.
I also purchased a blue and white hair bow, one of the ones with the longer ribbon piece. I have not had a chance to wear it yet due to it being winter but love the quality. I absolutely cannot wait to be able to wear it. Honestly, my hair bow from DressLily is my very first hair bow that I have ever owned.
Customer service is wonderful and they get back to you in a very timely manner. I have never had a problem at all with shopping at DressLily and I would recommend them to my friends.

"UPDATED: I wanted to update this review to let users know that their customer service is very responsive and will work to resolve the issue. I was able to get my order taken care of and they went above and beyond to solve the problem. I would still caution to triple check your sizes and plan for additional shipping time, however, their customer service team has made me re-consider making future purchases.
I will never order form this site again. I ordered two items and after 15 days I still had not received my item. The tracking link provided did not work and when the items finally arrived they were way two small, 2-3 sizes too small. Their return policy requires several steps and is much more difficult than an American company. While their customer service is quick to respond, they are typically automated or canned responses leaving you more frustrated than you started.
If I had known this was an international company and had so many poor reviews that said the same thing over and over, I would have not ordered from them.
Be aware when ordering from this site. The shipping will take some time and if ordering clothes, make sure you double check the size as returning or exchanging will be very difficult.
This is not a company that should be advertising or shipping internationally, they are not on the standards of a US company. "
"I first learned about Dresslily.com on facebook. When i checked it out the prices were really good!!! I found just a few things to see if I would be satisfied. I ordered 3 items totaling in $50.00 or so. It took a while to receive my order but that was my own fault, i ordered during the Christmas season when everything was on back order. I was looking through my page when i realized i inputted the wrong address, so i sent a ticket in asking them to change the address. They did with absolute no question, they also updated me about the status of my order. They informed me my items were on back order and when about they would be shipped. Once shipped they sent a message with the tracking number and a picture of the package (that was nice just so i could see the address on where it was being shipped and what to look for in the mail.) Once clicking the tracking number it showed it was in china, (it was written in Chinese and English). Took about 5-7 days to receive once shipped but still made it before the holidays.
I am very pleased with all items I ordered. They looked great during holiday parties and will work well with jeans on casual Friday at work. I was very surprised by the quality for the price and they fit perfectly!! They do not have a tag saying if they are machine washable or anything which would have been nice, so i just wash and hang to dry) I had absolutely no problems with my order but i did have questions so i sent in a "ticket" and had a response within 24 hours VERY polite and helpful reply.

"My experience with Dresslily has been great. They have such cute stuff for decent price and the material and quality has been fine too. I ordered a jacket and leggings on 18th November and got them around 4th December. I had chosen free shipping and so it arrived earlier then expected. Have another jacket in shipping right now.
The biggest issue I see other people having with them is that they can't track the item since it's in Mandarin. Maybe my way will be of help (if you want good stuff at cheap price, then you should not be scared of a little work). I just googled the Mandarin word.. usually it was name of some city...the rest was usually in English like "??Transit Station import customs scan". Now, on the topic of customer service and tickets. I do not have much experience with that but 2 out of 3 of my tickets have been resolved and the third one is a work in progress. Dresslily people have talked to me politely and quickly. Their English hasn't been perfect but it was understandable. On 1 ticket I did not receive reply but after sending a reminder, the next time I logged in, my issue was resolved (I couldn't see the status of invitation to friends earlier).
So overall, my experience has been great. The dresses are totally worth the price and wait. Just use common sense and I think you'll be fine."
