"Item had an obvious defect which made it unwearable. I submitted a claim to the support center with photos of the defect. I was told I would have to pay the shipping charges to return the defective item back to China. The cost to return the item far exceeded the original purchase price. There is NO WARRANTY on defective merchandise. By the way, the item took almost a month to be delivered and it was much smaller than it should have been. I'm a small petite woman and a size Large barely fit. I will NEVER do business with DressLily again. You have been warned. I would give zero stars if I could."

"This company is a rip off. I wish I had read these reviews before I foolishly ordered from them. The items were of poor quality and were too small. I ordered XL, but apparently, that is a S or M to them. Also, two items were not sent with the original shipment...but who would know? There was no packing sheet. I finally received the two missing items, but 4 of the items are way too small. Who would think that you would have to measure for a cardigan? I think that their idea is to make it too difficult for anyone to get a refund. Take my advice - do not order from this company!

"i was very happy with my order i placed. i feel unique when ever i wear my coat because i never see anyone else with the same style as me. i love it too because being tall its hard to find a long fitting coat like that so i was happy to get it in to see that it was a nice long coat. i am very happy with this site. i tell all my friends what great products and great shipping they have to offer. i will defiantly be buying something really soon for there site. i give them a 5 star review."
"I give it a 2 star only because 1 our of 4 fit well & I love the top - high quality too... all ordered were XL only cuz I know clothing from overseas runs a little small ... well 2 were so tiny that MAYBE they will fit my X-SM daughter & the other went below my knees. I may sew that one shorter. The quality of 2 were thin & cheap. First time I ever ordered clothing online - won't make that mistake again. Shipping was within the time they said it would arrive."

Update. .. finally received email back to which i responded. They offered me nothing for my inconvenience. Apparently my other item was not in Stock. They did not tell me that when they sent the shipping confirmation. So I guess they were going to bill me and hope I didn't notice. Its been 2 days since they contacted me. I replied immediately and have not received anything from them since. Guess I'll dispute the charges..,. . This place is shady
Update 12/16. Going to dispute charges with credit card company. Will make sure to tell everyone I know to never use this site. They said the unshipped item was out of stock.... but still charged me. Picked another and now no contact in 4 days. "

"Though I had problems with one item in my order which I found out was on back order after I had already purchased it and had to reach out to customer service multiple times, I eventually received a full refund for that item. The other two items that I had ordered, I am happy with. I got a white winter coat for myself, which fits me perfectly and which I have worn several times already and have received numerous complements about. I am pleased with the way things were eventually handled and will be shopping here in the future."
"I honestly love shopping at dresslily!!!!! They have the latest Asian fashions in lots of sizes and I am assured that by buying their products, I won't be seen wearing something similar to someone else on the streets. They do take a while to deliver, which I think should be expected since they are shipping from Asia to different parts of the world. The quality of their products are very good and worth the price. I usually order a season ahead of time, so I don't have a problem with their shipment speed. Overall, I'll definitely be found shopping at dresslily again."

Second I submitted a ticket on the website over a week ago and was emailed confirmation of receipt but someone was to get back to me in 48 hours.
