"I placed two generous orders with Dresslilly. The second order, I paid extra shipping to make sure the items came before Christmas. I bought these items as gifts for my children, In both orders, I only received a partial order. MANY items were missing. The items that were present were way too small or did not resemble the photo in the online catalog. Dresslilly has no customer service to speak of, only online tickets, which is frustrating in the extreme to get them to submit. There are no phone numbers to call. There has been no response to the tickets. I am so very disappointed with my experience with the company thus far. I picked out the items with my children for gifts because they had unique clothing. No clothing delivered, no communication, no numbers to call, no money returned for the items they did not send. This is not a good way to get return business. "

"I purchased a dress from DressLily.com's Vintage line of dresses. The dress arrived in the specified amount of time, which can be up to quite a few weeks. DressLily was very open about how long it would take. There were also disclaimers on their site that noted the clothing is smaller than normal US sizes so I was prepared for the dress to be on the smaller side. I ordered an XL and it fit beautifully! I ordered the dress for the Christmas season and also I love vintage style dresses. I have had a tough time finding the vintage style dress in a price range I could afford. I was so excited when I found DressLily and they have lived up to my expectation. I received several compliments on how pretty the dress was. This is definitely my "go to" dress for special occasions. The pricing was very reasonable for this line of clothing and I look forward to ordering again from DressLily!! "

"Once again, Ive had an issue with this company. I really should've learned my lessen, of course every time I order is always a different issue.
This time not all of the items were in the package. I ordered 5 things and only 2 of them arrived. In the email is had 2 sections: items in package and items waiting to be shipped. There was no tracking for those items and no updates. The website says it was delivered, I'm still waiting.
Oh, and again the support page doesn't work... the submit button isn't a button, it's just an image. Seriously. Yeah, clicking it does absolutely NOTHING.
They do not care once they have your money... there no reason to listen to your concern, so that's the reason their support page does not work,
