"The product I ordered was shipped incorrectly. I still have not been able to resolve the issue. Finally Drillspot tells me they cannot ship it and want the original item returned. They can't send me a call tag and UPS is supposed to show up at my door sometime with labels. Since I work, I won't be there. The product was purchased through Grainger. I contacted Grainger and they do not want the product back but Drillspot insists it be returned. Buyer beware."
