"Purchase via the internet was smooth and simple.
Because shipping label needed to be exactly as I entered, I contacted customer service prior to shipping to verify this. They assured me that all is well, and the label will be printed exactly as I had entered it.
However, eventually, it turned out that the label did not show my name on it (first line missing). This caused the package to arrive at the destination, but was not delivered to me (I stayed at a Hotel).
It took several weeks to locate the package by the hotel. They were kind enough to ship it to me at their expense.
In the meantime, drillspot were not willing to take responsibility or action to remedy their mistake."
