"The website says, "Free 3 Business Day Shipping," and a phone rep assured me that was correct. I placed 2 orders: one with the free shipping, and the other I paid extra for 2-day shipping. But the 2-day and 3-day shipping was actually 3-day and 4-day UPS, and they shipped a day later than they said they would (it was late enough in the day that I was told it would ship the next day, but they actually shipped the second day). So the "Free 3 Business Day Shipping" was actually 5 business days, and the extra-cost 2-day shipping was 4 business days. Really jammed us up on a job that had to wait for the product.

On the plus side, at least they refunded the extra I paid for "2-day" shipping."
