"DrillSpot was very difficult to work with for tax exempt orders or if you have to talk to their customer service. I talked to customer service 4 times trying to get DrillSpott to except my valid federal government tax exempt status. The customer service folks were not very informative or easy and courteous to work with. In the end they would not accept the tax exempt order.

UPDATE
One day after my initial post (above) the DrillSpot Operations Manager emailed me to apologize for my hassles, and pleadged to help me with my tax exempt status. After a week and a few emails he was able to solve the problem with his staff, and except my tax exempt status. A credit for the tax on my purchase has been refunded. The Operations Manager was very nice and was able to help me in a timely manner.
