"I purchased a thermostat through Drill Spot, which unfortunately couldn't do what it claimed to do. I contacted Drill Spot for the return info, which they provided quickly. Now originally I purchased this for $39 + $6 shipping for a total of $45. I then had to pay an additional $9 to ship it back to Drill Spot. Now I'm out $54 dollars for an item that didn't work. Drill Spot only refunded $33 because of restocking fees. So DrillSpot still made $21 off of me and I still had to buy a different item elsewhere. I would stay away from this website, if you have any issues you will not get your money returned."
