"This company is a joke. After reading the first and only review for this company here, I decided to order a set of lowering springs from them valued at almost $300.
First off, they advertise free shipping on orders over $50, and make it seem like that is the case even after you check out. The next day they emailed me an updated invoice with an additional $15 tacked on for "Handling". A little sneeky, but I had no problem with that.
After a week without a shipping notication, I called them up for a status since they state on their front page that they have everything in stock and will ship 24-48 hours after ordering. The sales rep on the phone informed me that my order was not ready and that it will be a month or so before they can ship. After hearing that, I told the rep that I couldn't wait that long and wanted to cancel the order so that I can order the springs elsewhere. He replied that I could not cancel it because it was a special order. How is this all of a sudden a special order?? Nowhere on their web site or noone from their company has ever informed me that this was a special order, nor can I find their policy on cancelling special orders anywhere on their site.
I'm now forced to wait. Hopefully it will only be about a month as they promised, but I'm not holding my breath.
Although they do seem to have reasonable prices, I will never order anything from this company ever again, and can not recommend others to do so either.
UPDATE (07/01/05): After calling back and speaking with a supervisor, they finally allowed me to cancel the order. Regardless of this, I still can not recommend them. Shop elsewhere."
