"When I ordered the evaporator from this company, I did'nt know that they are just a third party broker. The part arrived quickly comming from a company in Edison NJ. Turns out, I did'nt it after all. So I got a RMA and had to ship it to Irvine CA, not back to Edison NJ. The part weighed less than 9 pounds. But because of the size of the box, it cost me $ 44.45 to send it to CA. I tracked it thru UPS, saw that it was delivered, and emailed Drivewire to find out when I will get a refund. They told me that they did get the package and returned it to the origonal supplier. That has to be in Edison NJ ? Right ? Drivewire told me that when they get a refund from the origonal supplier, I will get a refund from them. Drivewire also told me that it may take up to 10 business days for this to happen. I am not very happy with this whole situation. Drivewire should have told me to send it back to where it came from, Edison NJ. The cost would have been only $ 24.00 instead of $ 44.45. Instead of 3 to 4 weeks to process this return, it would have been only a week. I won't buy items from a third party broker again. The 10 working days have passed. Still no refund and no answer to how much refund I am due. Today is Sat.9/20/2008. Still no refund or any indication of how much i will get. I was told that I would get a refund by the 14th of this month. This company has excuse after excuse for delaying my refund. If anyone out there can help me, PLEASE DO. Today is 9/23/2008. No refund and no answer to my latest email. Filed dispute with credit card company. I hope this works."
