"My experience with Dutchcrafters.com was beyond excellent. It was very easy to reach them by phone (and speak immediately to a person!) to ask questions about the product before I ordered. A piece of hardware failed to get shipped. All I had to do was call them,they offered to either ship it, or, if it wasn't too much trouble, I could buy it at the local hardware and they would credit my account. I chose the latter and Dutchcrafters did indeed credit me immediately. My Amish porch swing is beautiful and top quality. It will become a family heirloom, I'm sure. I will definitely buy from Dutchcrafters.com again and recommend my friends and family do the same. Outstanding experience!"
"After the cat destroyed my leather arm chair I decided to treat myself to a wooden-framed Morris Mission chair. I am Very happy with the finishes and comfort of this chair. I opted to add curbside delivery and that was critical- the chair is shipped freight and was delivered encased in heavy cardboard, on a wood pallet. No way we could have gotten it off the truck ourselves! Breaking it out of the wrapping was easy and we were able to carry it inside ourselves. Pay attention to the shipping when you order, save yourself a struggle.
BTW- Valerie Scheitel was invaluable in customer service, both in arranging liftgate service for delivery, and also checking with a wood worker to see if the cushions would be easily slip-covered (yes!) or if they were attached to the frame. Thank you, Valerie!"

"Excellent! We love our new mailbox. Very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It even came with a live spider inside the plastic wrap (which we let go outside - hope it likes Michigan).
