"The shopping process was very smooth. The customer service person answered all my questions and assured me assembly was quite easy. While the order did take a while to ship, they kept me apprised on the progress. The chairs were packaged in sturdy boxes and arrived undamaged. My one quibble was that the written assembly directions were so brief and non-specific as to be useless. I had to arrange parts to ensure what went where. Even then I had trouble figuring out just how they went together. They really need more detailed instructions, including more pictures and/or diagrams as to how things fit together."
