"I have been shopping with ECS for years, and have always had a good experience - until my most recent (and largest) purchase. I ordered a new set of wheels that were shown as "in Stock", and their system said that if I ordered now, that they would ship the same day. This was on a Tuesday. After many phone calls, and a couple of worthless online chat sessions, they finally shipped out on Friday of that same week. The only explanation that anyone could give me was that they were really busy in the warehouse. During the process at one point I even received an email telling me that my order was delayed because they were waiting on a shipment - when I asked how this was possible since my parts were in stock, the only explanation offered was that this was sent to me by mistake. I did finally receive my wheels - but about a week later than I had originally expected. This was not the type of customer service that I have received from ECS in the past. I can only hope that it was an isolated incident, and not an indication of a change in how they do business."
