"Ordering thru the sales people is a complete disaster. My first attempt to order a set of VMR wheels for my 2016 GTI was a fail. After checking my email verification I realized they ordered the wrong color, Hyper silver instead of gun metal. I initiated a call and the salesman Jacob was apologetic. We spent some time on the phone trying to come up with a solution. We found a different type of wheel the right color...OK problem solved right.....Nope...I get a call a day later that those are back ordered till March. Had another conversation with Jacob trying to find a solution...low and behold the solution is $400 more. I paused and told him I would have to do some more research. A few days later I am checking my credit card transactions...Not only did they charge me for the second set of wheels...but for the first as well. So here I am with $1400 of charges on my credit card....I call talk to Jacob express my displeasure....on hold for 10 minutes...boom get cut off...I get a call back from someone from their billing department apologizing for the error...too late. Given up on ECS. I have ordered numerous part online thru them with no problems, their sales force and billing department is inept, and down right criminal. What would have happened if I was not vigilant. I would have waited weeks for the wrong wheels? I would have had my credit card charged for wheels I didn't get? Moral of the story is you have to do all the work to get the right parts and be careful and check your credit card statements. I have over 3 hours into trying to conduct business with ECS and nothing but false charges on my credit card to show for it."
"Too many problems with a shipment. Fed Ex admits it lost it along with the hoops I had to go through just to get someone to listen. They won't issue a credit for my purchase until Fed Ex process THEIR claim. Way to keep the customer first.."

"I am the proud owner of three Audi's and I am probably a pain in the **** to the techs at ECS. I am always inquiring about some part or some way to fix nagging issues with my rides. However, I have always been treated extremely well and I find 99% of all the parts and tools I need to repair and modify my cars. My only true wish is that ECS had a retail store I could shop at since I live so close to their HQ. Great company, great service and great parts."
"I ordered an O-ring for my Audi Q5 on 8/4/16. it was shipped by "economy FedEx shipping" (free). 13 days later I am still waiting for the order. FedEx tracking shows it has been sitting in MN for the last 7 days, I am in NY.
Wrote two e-mails to CS- no answer.
The O-ring was only 50 cents so may not be a big deal but no response from CS means I am not coming back."

"First time using ECS order came on time and boxed very well. My only concern was I ordered a e90 Genuine Bmw serp belt kit with idler pulleys and tensioner. Upon opening i found that one of the boxes for the idler pulleys seal was broken and the box had previously been opened. Being in the automotive business this is never a good feeling because it makes you think this part was either fitted before and resold as new or someone returned it with a non oem part. I have a problem with being sold a new product that's been opened not good practice."
