"I have placed about a dozen orders with ECS over the past 5 years for my VAG vehicles. The orders have always shipped and arrived as stated at time of check out. Packaging is well done and I have never had a missing or damaged part. ECS offers pricing that is competitive with the dealership factoring in shipping and exchange rate (CND). I get employee pricing so that would be an even better deal for someone paying retail. The only issue I have ever had with them was in regards to sparkplug variations for a given engine code. There catalogue lists one sparkplug for the two 30V 2.8L engines when in fact there is a difference. When I spoke to customer service they could not provide the correct plug. While the plug they sent will work, the engine ran rough at idle. Buying the correct plug rectified the issue and the savings from buying the tune up kit from ECS was still more than what I would have paid sourcing all parts locally. Still it would have been nice to have the right plugs in the kit. "

"Ordered a set of Angel Eyes for my BWM from ECS, shipped promptly and fit perfectly, but after about a year and half I notices one side stopped working. I called them up and asked them about it.
They confirmed the lifetime warranty and shipped me out a new set the same day.
Just installed the new bulb, looks little different from my first set, I guess since than they have slightly re-designed them, but works well.
Although not happy that one stopped working but overall was not too much hassle since lucky it was the passenger side which is much easier to replace than the driver side one which needs the removal of air filter assembly and a few more things.
I would recommend buying from them. "

"Amongst other competitors in the parts space for european parts, ECS Tuning is quickly becoming a go-to for parts for my various cars & projects due to slight edge out on pricing as well as the shipping options and speed of shipments. I figured it'd be worth sharing my very good experience with the company.

With my experience, I had an order that had a rather important rear brake replacement kit, mixed in with a rather speciality and increasingly rare part. (It's was Tachometer Coding Plug for BMW Cars that used the S38 Engine in the US / Purchased for an S54 E30 Swap). Seeing that the part was actually in stock rather than on it's common back-order, I went ahead and purchased it.

With my order over $200, ECS Tuning was running the usual free shipping promtion for the entire order. However, the catch being that the entire order is usually shipped in one shipment. The day after I had placed my order, I had received an email telling me the part would arrive December 15th due to supply constraints with the S38 coding plug, meaning all my other brake components would arrive nearly 3 weeks after I had placed the order.

Once I realized the delay, I went ahead and emailed ECS Sales in order to split the orders up and expedite the shipment of the brakes. Once the email had been sent out (~9:00PM) I received a quick response the next morning (11:00AM) letting me know my options that I could split the order, allowing me to get my brake refresh kit per the usual time-frame. In this case I would just have to add additional shipping to accommodate the S38 coding plug being shipped out separately.

From there the order went as normal and I was able to receive the brake kit order as expected within ~2 days. Fast forward another day I receive another package with the S38 coding plug!

Looking at the order after the coding plug had arrived, and I had a nice surprise to see that I was not charged for the separate shipping cost (Thanks again ECS!). Additionally, it seems ECS was able to either contact or expedite the entire process as the coding plug had landed on my doorstep only a day or two after my initial package containing the brakes had arrived.

Overall, I have been very pleased the company and the way they've handled my orders, especially going above and beyond for this order. When time comes to order more parts for the S54 swap, I'll (and probably ECS as well) be happy to make some more larger purchases!"
