"I was looking for power folding mirrors for my Audi S5. I found a that ECS sold just what I was looking for. I placed an order for power mirror kit it May (3425180) and was told that parts wouldn't be in until Aug. Long wait but, ok. I then get an email in Aug. saying no parts until Sept. Okay. Finally in Sept. I get an email saying that my power mirror kit is finally in. I track the UPS shipping. Few days later, one small box is delivered to my door. One plastic piece is all I get? Where is the rest of the kit? I call to see what happen and to see when I would get the rest of the kit. ECS tells me that they dont have anything in stock and could order a power folding mirror kit for me. It will be in stock in December. December!? I ordered this on May, now I have to still wait until Dec.? Please refund all my money back. $807. They did. Why would they make there paying customer go through this unnecessary crap? I guess power folding mirrors weren't ment to be. Huge let down. Seriously ECS!? I'm afraid to order from them again. They will sell you things they dont have. "

"I ordered brake pads, rotors, and sensor front and rear for my E30. Everything was listed as in stock when I ordered but after purchasing I found out that the front rotors were backordered for 2 weeks then had to be drop shipped. They sent everything else out but put the wrong address on the package, this caused the packaged to be returned to sender. I contact ECS, they ship a new package out but debit my ECS account such that it is now negative. UPS corrects the address and I end up with both boxes(2 weeks after initial purchase), I contact ECS to return the excess parts, they intiate the return but don't send the fedex guy with enough labels so I have to go through this process again tomorrow and to top it all off I find out that my front rotors won't ship for at least another week. I shouldn't have to have 6 or 7 phone conversations to buy basic brake parts, nor do I have over a month to wait for parts that were supposedly in stock. I will be avoiding purchasing from ECS again, if at all possible."
"I love the quality and dedication to service this company give its customers. The only thing wrong I believe is there should be a rewards system for dedicated customers since a lot of us can end up spending thousands on their products. I just hope we can get a little more customer appreciation besides wine vouchers."
