Where is my book?

"I ordered a book for graduate school and it took over 10 days to SHIP. Shipping should occur with 3-5 business days however it took 8 business days not to mention I had to call three times beforehand. I'm very dissatisfied. I missed one full week and my semester is only 8 weeks !! "

Ripped Off--- don't use this site

"I bought this book for my son and am very angry. It is tattered and torn and there are 95 pages missing-- 4 full chapters at the beginning of the book .
The teacher is very upset because this puts my son a long ways behind and this is unacceptable.

Pricing is just Exactly Right

"I am very pleased with the books and the utility of acquisition of the things for school. I am very happy that the books are in the easy to access format. HOWEVER!!!! The software to Read the books is just outright outdated garbage. I understand that the software the accompanies the rented ebook has to be sophisticated enough to stop you from stealing and redistributing ebooks left and right, BUT please update the abilities of the application to be more friendly to read books at night and etc. For example, I am very certain Google Books would lend you a hand in making sure that your books cannot be redistributed without proper form of payment, and that the book would be "returned" after the expiration date. Then utilize Google Books software so that I would flat out give 5/5 rating and was able to access my books through Google.
Besides this letter side note, A+ folks!

Disappointed..

"I ordered a textbook using ecampus about three days before my class began and before I needed to have my book. Acknowledgin the fact that I had to pay for my procrastination in buying my book, I paid extra for two day shipping expecting my book to come on time. On the contrary my book didn't show up after two days so I decided to wait one more day. Still didn't come so I wrote to ecampus to let them know and had to buy the book again from a different store. I didn't get a response for about a few day, still waiting for my book and messaged them again. About a whole 8 days past before I was able to get a response to find out that my book had not even been shipped yet. I told them to cancel my order but they finally shipped it anyway. I am now waiting for it to be delivered just so i can return it back. Just a big waste of time. "

Frustrated and Dissatisfied

"I ordered a textbook on the 12th, it is the 20th and they still haven't even SHIPPED, yes SHIPPED, my textbook yet. I understand you have a great number of books in stock but why does it take you almost a week to get my item ready? I need that book and because I know I won't have it by the 24th it's already cost me a graded assignment. Highly disappointed and dissaaitisfied with eCampus. Guess the price is too good to be true once you realize how long these people make you wait. I'm wondering if they even have my book"
