Bad Experience Overall

"They advertised a book on the site and I made a purchase. they waited an entire week to email me and say that they didn't have it in stock and couldn't find it anywhere. In fairness, they did give a refund, but I will never shop with them again."

"Book arrived on a timely manner. No damage to the book. Book was in great condition. Can reuse the package the book came in to return it back when finished with the book. Very satisfied. Will definitely use again."

Not satisfied

"I am not satisfied with my order because the book was not in stock. However they took a payment from me and Knew that the book was not in stock. I was waiting for a while and had to call in order to find out that information. No one ever sent me any notice stating that the book was not in stock, I had two assignments for class that was due and was not able to complete them."
