"This has been one of the best online purchase interactions I have ever had. From the time I placed the order on a Wednesday and it had arrived by Friday morning. When I found out my wife had bought the same thing for our son I informed the company via e-mail that I would need to return the item. I had a RMA# literally within minutes and as it turns out I didn't need it because I kept the device for myself. But the thing that impressed me the most was the online customer service I received. It was like I was (talking) to someone at a customer service counter in a brick and mortar shop, prompt replies with personal yet professional responses to all of my needs and questions (which there were many). I from the country so I kinda' like the atmosphere and experience you get from a local down home shop and even though they're online I felt like I got it from them also. Old fashioned service in a new fangled way.

Read the negative reviews. They are exactly the same as my issue. Ordered an in stock item, with expedited shipping. No status. Kept calling. I was promised a status for 4 days straight, each time none came. It seemed like a funny game to the CSR. The only option given, cancel the order. I still have no status. People, just stay away, the lies are blatant. They are very hard to reach by phone, and don't respond to email at all. They put you on hold for looong periods of time, then have no answers when they come back There is nothing to blame on me, just want a status of my order.
Update: They cancelled my order for no apparent reason. Scam. Good news is - Karma, can't avoid it.

"Very poor customer service. I placed an order online once, never received any confirmations. I reordered on December 22 and received a response saying that my purchase would be shipped "very shortly." This item is a Christmas gift for my son which I realized would be late since the original order did not go through. However on the evening of December 30 I received an email stating that the item had just been shipped. We have been watching for this package since we were led to believe that it was mailed more than a week ago. I have never had an experience like this before with an online purchase and am very disappointed with their customer service. There are many online businesses that excel in customer service, accurate and timely communication, and prompt delievery. "Ordered Dec 21 as gift for brother, shipping to his address. ErwinComp never approved order since my brother's address not on my credit card. Never emailed me nor called to confirm failure to ship. Had to call them to find out (Dec 29), and then had to tell Visa my brother's gift was acceptable shipping address. Erwin unapologetic over failure to confirm order status. Won't use them again, in any fashion. Other retailers care more for my business."
"Extremely low price. Non-existent customer service. They contacted me by email to say that they needed to get additional information before they could process my order. I called the phone number they gave me 6 times; it was always busy. I emailed them to say that I could not reach them - no response. Even though they had my phone number (a required element for order) they made no effort to contact me in other ways. And of course, by default if you don't contact them (whether you are able to or not), they cancel the order."

"I've been ordering from the internet for a couple of years with no problems until now. Status was still "under review" three weeks, two e-mails and a phone call after ordering. The one time I got a person on the phone he told me they would get back to me. A week later, hearing nothing at all, I cancelled the order by cancelling my credit card. The only good thing I can say, they did not charge my card before shipping. Do not buy from them. No customer service. "In stock" means drop shipment from elsewhere."

I have bought a dye-sub printer from them as well as supplies and other accessories. All arrived on-time, following e-mail notifications of shipments complete with tracking numbers AND receipt of sale.
Never a problem with missing itemrs (or receipts) and late shipments. I continure to use them and rec. them to anyone without reservations."
