"My Nintendo DS took 2 days less than a month to get to me. Also, a game that I had only played once that was in mint condition they said it had "excessive scratches" and that it did "not meet our trade-in requirements, because of this we're unable to issue any credit for these items."

These guys lied about the condition of the game and did not give me credit for it. I will never do buisness with them again.

"Terrible. I read reviews of EStarland, and understood that they were painfully slow in fulfilling orders, usually with a two-week delay, so I went into this expecting in advance to be a little disappointed. I wanted a Trigun Kuru Neko backpack for my sister for Christmas, so I figured placing my order in mid-November (the 16th, to be exact) would get it to me on time.

As anticipated, EStarland wrote me back and said it would be delayed and the shipping date would be Novemver 29th. Ten days, that's about what the reviews said I could expect. Come December 19th, I still don't have the bookbag, a full month after placing my order. I give up. At least it only took a week to get me my money back. Guess they have more experience doling out refunds then delivering orders.

"I placed an order on their site for the xbox 360 at 12:34 AM. Exactly when the add to cart button appeared on their page. They then canceled the order despite the shopping cart stating that it was available. I tried to contact their customer service number and got an automated message that no one was available. I asked to be forwarded to the operator and got the same message. I will not purchase from these guys again."

"I placed an order with Estarland on October 26th and paid with Paypal. My account information showed that the item was shipped out on October 27th. When I had still not received my item and they were not responding to my emails, I filed a complaint with Paypal on November 11th. It was at that time that I received an email from customer service stating that my order had been placed "on hold" due to an incomplete address. They had my address, phone number, and email address through Paypal yet never contacted me to let me know this. I have emailed repeatedly asking for a refund to my paypal account with no replies. The customer service has been terrible. The online support is either not there, logs off as soon as I type in a message, or takes an extremely long time to answer even the simpliest of questions, probably to get you frustrated enough to leave the chat. Even then after waiting 30 minutes I was told that my order was shipped out on October 27th. My dispute will be staying open with Paypal until I receive a refund and I will also be reporting this company to the BBB. Terrible!! Don't waste your time and money here!

Edited to add: I did finally get a refund this evening after talking with the online support on two different occasions. Order placed October 26th, refund given on November 20th.

"Has been more then a month since I placed my order here. After payment was recieved about a week after my order was still stuck in "processing" here we are 3 weeks after and it is still there. They emailed me a couple times saying the order had to be specially ordered and it takes about 2 weeks to arrive in their California facility but it has been even longer then that. THESE GUYS ARE SLOW! I hope my package actually arrives someday. "

"I sent in some games for trade in credit to be used against a purchase. They would not accept one of the games due to what they said were excessive scratches. The game was in very good condition and never gave me problems. They would not give me partial credit and wanted 4 dollars to ship it back to me. I am suspicious as to what they will do with the game now...Be wary of their trade in policy"

"The order took a full month to process. The one time I was able to get through to a phone tech the person lied to me and said it was already shipped and that it would show on my invoice the next day. It was about two weeks after that before my order was listed as shipped. Even then my order never arrived.

I don't mind companies that are slow or make mistakes. However, I seriously don't appreciate dealing with liars. Don't give these crooks your money.

"This place is extremely SLOW. I placed my order about a week ago, and eStarland assured me the Delivery was 2-7 days. Well, it's 7 days later, and my order is STILL "processing." It hasn't even been shipped yet! The order showed up on my credit card yesterday. *Hopefully* sometime next week I'll get my order.

Oh, and most of the time their "live support" is offline, and they don't seem to answer emails very well (still waiting for that, too).

[update] It has been one day since I wrote this, and I finally got an email from eStarland. It seems they had to special order it, but didn't bother to tell me until now. On the order page, it was listed as "usually ships within 24 hours." There's a big difference between 24 hours and 9 days, but at least it's supposed to ship out tomorrow.

"Placed order on a Saturday with 2-3 day priority shipping. Game was in stock and says usually ships in 24 hours. Now it's the following Friday and the order isn't here. Have sent 3 e-mails and have not gotten a reply. Their so called Live Support link hasn't worked yet. When clicked the link for "Live Support" displays a dialog box with a form that will e-mail customer support. I don't think they have any customer support because, like I said above, I've not received an e-mail. There wasn't even a conformation e-mail sent from them. I have the invoice in PayPal though and they have my money, so where is my order? I don't know, you don't know, and eStarland.com won't tell me, either."
