"My card was charged twice for an order. I only ordered one print. Two prints of the same photo were delivered separately and charged. After contacting EZPrints my credit card still does not have the charge reversed. Had to contact a second time, got an apology, and told it may take 5 to 10 business days - UNACCEPTABLE.

Also an issue with quality. The panoramic print was shipped in a triangular tube which left ripples/folds on the print. No photos should be shipped that way. If a tube is needed, use a circular tube. Not happy with the result.
